Cancellation Policy

At Milo Paws, we dedicate a specific time slot to every "VIP" furry friend to ensure they receive a calm, soothing, and high-quality grooming experience. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it affects our ability to serve other pets on our waiting list. To help us provide the best service possible, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another client. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling us at 902-626-6145. 2. Late Cancellation Fees Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before your next grooming appointment can be booked. 3. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated "no-shows" may require a non-refundable pre-payment for all future bookings. 4. Late Arrivals We operate on a precise schedule to ensure each pet gets the attention they deserve. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the details of the booked service, so that the daily schedule is maintained for other clients. 5. Emergencies We understand that life happens! If there is a true emergency or your pet becomes unwell unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible.
